This machine with a 40ft boom and a 3/4 drag bucket was working near North Platte Nebraska for the Tri-County project of the Central Nebraska public power and Irrigation district. The machine pulling the wagon is a caterpillar. This photo is dated in the 1940's as far as I can tell and perhaps the 1950's early
