Tarmac layer in Dawlish

Parked up opposite the entrance to our estate today was this tarmac layer. It appears to be made by Wirtgen.
When I worked for Sheffield City as a teenager we used a Barber Green and after that a Blaw Knox. I wonder if either of them still exist.
